YARD WATER NOTES / METHOD

Every useful claim needs its conditions.

Manufacturer listings for six exact models were checked October 26, 2026. Facts, source URLs, dates and unknown fields are stored in editable content data and shown on model pages.

Manufacturer facts and measured results

Maximum area is labeled as the maker’s claim. The reviewed pages do not establish a common operating pressure or field protocol, so coverage figures are not treated as a ranking or shared test. Connector specifications and unverified component materials remain unknown.

Source versions matter

Similar names and suffixes stay separate. The current Melnor 4078 page describes up to 4,500 square feet; older documents may differ. This library records the current reviewed listing rather than silently mixing generations.

Original diagrams

The photography consists of independent, unbranded AI-generated format concepts, not actual photos of the named models or proof of controls, materials, dimensions or performance. Each is visibly labeled and will be replaced by verified model-specific imagery when suitable source photos are available. Remaining pattern and catch-can diagrams explain concepts and do not show measured performance. No manufacturer photographs or customer ratings were copied.

Tool boundaries

The worksheet computes a mean, range and scaled average runtime from user observations. It does not determine plant needs, a legal schedule, runoff limits or a professional audit result. No water-saving percentage is promised.
